Edgewater Group is for groups of up to 15 guests who want to reserve all of our rental units and enjoy exclusive use of the Pool and other property amenities. The four units are all located in two adjoining buildings that are connected by a common stair. There are a total of 6 king size bedrooms and 6.5 baths to accommodate 12 adults in King size beds. There are also 3 portable twin beds that can be set up to accommodate an additional 3 children or young adults for a maximum occupancy of 15. The Penthouse unit is designed for entertaining such groups with a 10 person dining table and seating for an additional 4 persons at the counter bar. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
