Edgewater Group is for groups of up to 15 guests who want to reserve all of our rental units and enjoy exclusive use of the Pool and other property amenities. The four units are all located in two adjoining buildings that are connected by a common stair. There are a total of 6 king size bedrooms and 6.5 baths to accommodate 12 adults in King size beds. There are also 3 portable twin beds that can be set up to accommodate an additional 3 children or young adults for a maximum occupancy of 15. The Penthouse unit is designed for entertaining such groups with a 10 person dining table and seating for an additional 4 persons at the counter bar.
